The purpose of this document is to provide information on the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide users when the latter connect to the web pages of A.Bocca, regardless of the purpose of the link itself, according to Italian and European legislation.

The processing of data generated by the use of A.Bocca takes place at the headquarters of the owner of the treatment with the intervention of the subjects appointed for it. In case of necessity, the data associated with the newsletter service may be processed by the data controller or subjects appointed by it for this purpose at the corresponding headquarters.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server and other parameters relating to the operating system and to the user's computer environment.
Such data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.
Data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical information technology crimes against the site: except for this possibility, the data on web contacts do not currently persist for more than seven days.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

The user is always free to provide the personal data requested for sending information material, except for what is necessary for navigation.
Failure to provide this information, on the other hand, may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.
