How do the models dress?
It is possible to consult the size guide relating to the Two for Love model here .
For each silhouette, we recommend buying the size you wear regularly, bearing in mind that each foot has its own characteristics. The half numbers have 3/4 mm more than the whole number.
What are the shipping times?
We offer a free standard shipping service throughout Italy.
The products will be shipped within 48 hours of the order confirmation date and delivered within 4 working days.
Orders placed between Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting from the following Monday.
By purchasing with Express shipping, orders placed before 11:00 will be delivered the next working day.
Orders confirmed after 11:00 will be delivered in 2 working days.
Islands and Calabria
Orders placed before 11:00 will be delivered in 2 working days.
Orders confirmed after 11:00 will be delivered in 3 working days.
How can I check the status of my order?
The shipper will send an email with the tracking number to trace the package and follow the status of the shipment.
How to change size?
It is possible to make a size change by requesting the return and indicating in the notes which size you would like to make the change to.
Is it possible to make returns?
If something does not meet your expectations, you will have 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to return it.
We ask that the products be returned intact and placed inside the original A.Bocca box. We recommend trying the shoes on a carpet or on a clean floor to avoid irreparable marks on the soles.
Any items in conditions that do not comply with what was requested will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
Returns are not permitted for items made to order ( Bridal Two for Love ).
In Italy the cost of the return is 10€ per item.
In Europe, the return cost is always €20, which will be deducted from the refund of the price paid.
For all other countries, the return cost is always €40 , which will be deducted from the refund of the price paid.
How to request a return?

- Select the item to return
- Enter the reason for the return
- Write in the notes the desired day for collection
The collection address will be the same as the shipping address
If the requested information is incomplete, the return request will be rejected.
If approved, you will receive a return authorization email, we will take care of sending you the courier following the instructions you have provided us.
Prepare the package for the courier by following these simple instructions:

Insert the receipt inside the package.
