MADE

If something does not meet your expectations, you will have 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to return it.
We ask that the products be returned intact and placed inside the original A.Bocca box. We recommend trying the shoes on a carpet or on a clean floor to avoid irreparable marks on the soles.
Any items in conditions that do not comply with what was requested will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

Returns are not permitted for items made to order ( Bridal Two for Love ).

In Italy the cost of the return is €10 per item. 

In Europe , the return cost is always €20, which will be deducted from the refund of the price paid.

For all other countries, the cost of the return is always €40 , which will be deducted from the refund of the price paid.

How to request a return

and prepare the package for the courier by following these simple instructions:

We will take care of sending you the courier following the instructions you will provide us in the return form.
You will receive a return authorization email.
Returns received without authorization provided by email will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Returns will be processed within 14 days.
A.Bocca will send you an e-mail notification once the refund has been made, which will take place with the same payment method used for the purchase.
