Returns

If something does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the receipt of the product to request a return or an exchange.

Exchanges are free. If you prefer a different size, please indicate this in the notes when requesting the return, specifying the desired size. Exchanges are available for the same purchased model.

Cost of returns

Italy: €10 per item, deducted from the refund.
Europe: €20 per item, deducted from the refund.
Other countries: €40 per item, deducted from the refund.

In the event that, after 3 delivery attempts, the product goes into storage and is not collected within the 10 available days, an additional €10 will be withheld for return shipping costs.

We ask you to return the products intact, in their original A.Bocca box. We recommend trying on shoes on a carpet or clean floor to prevent the soles from getting marked. Items that do not comply with these conditions cannot be refunded and will be sent back to you.

Neither returns nor exchanges are allowed for custom-made items.

If the requested information is incomplete, the return request will be rejected.

If approved, you will receive a return label to print for dropping off the package at a collection point.

Prepare the package for the courier following these simple instructions:

Apply the return label we sent you to the package

Refunds

Returns are processed within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the operation is complete.
