Where do you deliver?

Throughout Europe.

Outside Europe we deliver to Saudi Arabia, Armenia, Australia, Brazil, Canada, South Korea, Cyprus, United Arab Emirates, Georgia, Japan, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, Turkey, and the United States.

What are the delivery times?

Products will be shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed between Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting the following Monday.

In Italy , orders are coming delivered within 5 working days.

Additionally, we offer an Express Shipping service (valid only for products available with "Immediate Shipping") for which:

Orders placed before 11:00 am will be delivered the next working day.
Orders confirmed after 11:00 am will be delivered within 2 working days.
Islands and Calabria
Orders placed before 11:00 am will be delivered within 2 working days.
Orders confirmed after 11:00 am will be delivered within 3 working days.

The orders outside Italy They are delivered within 7 working days.

Made to order products will be shipped within 3 weeks of the order confirmation date.

If, after 3 delivery attempts, the product is unavailable and not collected within 10 days, a €10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

What is the delivery cost?

We offer free standard shipping to Italy for orders over €100 .
For orders under €100, the standard shipping cost is €5 .
The Express shipping service costs €8.90 .

For orders from European Union countries , the shipping cost is €10 .

For orders from non-EU countries , the shipping cost is €20 .
Any customs duties and import taxes for shipments to countries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the recipient.
