How do the shoes fit?

For each silhouette we recommend purchasing the number that you regularly wear, keeping in mind that each foot has its own characteristics. Half sizes have 3/4 mm more than the full size.
Do you produce number 35 or 42?
To accommodate the needs of those who wish to purchase our iconic Two for Love in size 35 or 42, we offer a Made to order service.
The colors always available are red and black. Any other colors must be approved following the leather inspection in our warehouse.
Do you offer a made to order shoe service?
In line with the presence of leather available in stock we offer a "Made to Order" service.

How long will the shoes take to ship?

Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Throughout Europe.
Outside Europe we deliver to Saudi Arabia, Armenia, Australia, Brazil, Canada, South Korea, Cyprus, United Arab Emirates, Georgia, Japan, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, Turkey and United States.
What are the delivery times?
Products will be shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed between Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting from the following Monday.
In Italy , orders are delivered within 4 working days.
In addition, we offer an Express shipping service (valid only for products available with "Immediate Shipping") for which:
- Orders placed before 11am will be delivered the next working day.
- Orders confirmed after 11:00 am will be delivered within 2 working days.
- Islands and Calabria
- Orders placed before 11am will be delivered within 2 working days.
- Orders confirmed after 11:00 am will be delivered within 3 working days.
Orders outside Italy are delivered within 7 working days.
Products from the "Made to order" service will be shipped within 3 weeks from the order confirmation date.
In the event that after 3 delivery attempts the product is put into storage and is not collected within the 10 days available to do so, the amount of €10 relating to the costs of returning the product to the company will be retained from the refund.
What is the delivery cost?
We offer free standard shipping throughout Italy.
The Express shipping service has a delivery cost of €8.90.
Orders from Europe have a delivery cost of €10.
Orders from other countries in the world have a delivery cost of €20.
If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping throughout Italy.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
No, customs fees are included in the shipment.
Orders
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email from DHL with the tracking number to monitor the shipment.
I received a defective item, what should I do?
You can contact us at info@abocca.co reporting the defect and we will assist you in making the return or exchange
What happens if I don't receive my package?
Please contact us at info@abocca.co with your order number and tracking number so we can investigate with the courier.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
How can I request a return?

- Select the item to return
- Enter the reason for the return
- write in the notes the desired day for collection
- the collection address will be the same as the shipping address
If the requested information is incomplete, the return request will be rejected.
If approved, you will receive a return authorization email, we will take care of sending you the courier following the instructions you have provided us.

How should I prepare my package for return?
Once you have reviewed our return policy and followed the step-by-step process to request a return, proceed to prepare your package ready for return.
We ask that the products be returned intact and placed inside the original A.Bocca box.
Any items in conditions not compliant with what was requested will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
I returned my order, how long does it take for the refund?
Returns will be processed within 14 days.
A.Bocca will send you a notification email once the refund has been made, which will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Product Care
How and where are your shoes produced?
Our shoes are 100% Made in Italy and are produced in the Marche footwear district, using small family-run artisan companies.
How do I take care of my A.Bocca?
You can take care of your shoes considering that each material must be treated differently.
We recommend that you do not expose your shoes to humidity and avoid sudden changes in temperature that can alter the appearance of the leather. If your shoes come into contact with water, we recommend that you avoid placing them near heat sources.
- Paint: This is one of the most durable materials and can be cleaned and polished with a glass cleaner, using a soft cloth.
- Suede and crust: to restore shine, a shoe brush can be used or alternatively a dry dish sponge to be used on the NON-abrasive part, making delicate movements.
- Nappa and calfskin: can be cleaned with a soft dry cloth or alternatively you can use old tights to gently rub the surface to obtain a polishing effect.
Are your products waterproof?
The shoes are made of leather, with leather soles, products of animal origin that by their nature absorb water. We therefore recommend not using the shoes on rainy days as they are not treated to be waterproof.
The only exception is TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) soles, which are water resistant.
