Section 1 — How to measure your foot
To find the right size, all you need is a sheet of paper, a pen, and a ruler. Always measure your foot at the end of the day, when it is slightly more expanded: that's when a shoe needs to fit well.
- Place the paper on a flat surface, against a wall.
- Place your bare foot on the paper with your heel against the wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe, holding the pen perfectly vertical.
- Measure the distance between the edge of the paper and the mark.
- Repeat with the other foot and use the larger measurement.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, the half size is 3mm longer than the full size. For example, a 38.5 corresponds to 25.1 cm. If in doubt between two sizes, choose the larger one. For those with particularly wide feet, it is preferable to opt for one size larger than the length.
Section 3 — How your model fits
Each A.Bocca model is built on a different last. Knowing the last of the shoe you have chosen is the most precise way to find the right size, especially if you are buying a model for the first time.
Two for Love
The Two for Love, in all its variations — pump, slingback, slide — fits true to size. If you already know your size in this model, you can use it as a reference for the rest of the catalog.
The Two for Love Ballerina is an exception, fitting slightly small: if you are undecided between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Heart Slingback, Heart Mule, Lady
These models share a pointed toe with a heart-shaped vamp and fit true to size. If you wear a 38 in the Two for Love, you will also wear a 38 in the Heart Slingback.
Muse Pump, Muse Slingback
The Muse has a more generous cut on the instep. The fit is roomy: if you normally wear a 38, we recommend choosing a 37.5. If the half size is not available, a 37 is the correct choice.
Off-Line Pump, Origami Pump
These models also have a roomy fit. Choose a half size smaller than your usual size.
Back to Love
Square toe, regular fit. Compatible with the Two for Love reference.
New Heart Slingback
Despite the square toe, this model has a slightly roomy fit. If you are undecided, choose the smaller size.
Fine Love Sabot
Small fit. Choose a half size larger than your usual measurement.
Sandals — Clementine, Eden and open models
Sandals fit true to size. For models with adjustable ankle straps, foot length is the primary parameter: the strap will adapt.
Section 4 — A few things worth knowing
Patent leather in the first few weeks
Patent leather shoes have a specific character: in the first few days of use, the upper is stiff, and this is part of the material's nature, not a defect. With use, the patent leather softens and adapts to the shape of the foot. To speed up the breaking-in process, wear them for short periods initially or with socks, to start shaping the shoe without tiring your foot. After two or three uses, the difference is noticeable.
Wide feet
If you have particularly wide feet, we recommend choosing one size larger than your foot length.

If you do not yet have a reference for our sizing, measure your foot according to the instructions above and compare the result with the table. If your measurement falls exactly on the boundary between two sizes, always choose the larger one. Where do you deliver?
Throughout Europe.
Outside Europe we deliver to Saudi Arabia, Armenia, Australia, Brazil, Canada, South Korea, Cyprus, United Arab Emirates, Georgia, Japan, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, Turkey, and the United States.
What are the delivery times?
Products will be shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed between Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting the following Monday.
In Italy , orders are coming delivered within 5 working days.
Additionally, we offer an Express Shipping service (valid only for products available with "Immediate Shipping") for which:
- Orders placed before 11:00 am will be delivered the next working day.
- Orders confirmed after 11:00 am will be delivered within 2 working days.
- Islands and Calabria
Orders placed before 11:00 am will be delivered within 2 working days.
Orders confirmed after 11:00 am will be delivered within 3 working days.
The orders outside Italy They are delivered within 7 working days.
Made to order products will be shipped within 3 weeks of the order confirmation date.
If, after 3 delivery attempts, the product is unavailable and not collected within 10 days, a €10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
What is the delivery cost?
We offer free standard shipping to Italy for orders over €100 .
For orders under €100, the standard shipping cost is €5 .
The Express shipping service costs €8.90 .
For orders from European Union countries , the shipping cost is €10 .
For orders from non-EU countries , the shipping cost is €20 .
Any customs duties and import taxes for shipments to countries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the recipient.
What happens if I don't receive my package?
Contact us at info@abocca.co with your order number and tracking number so we can check with the courier.
If something does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the receipt of the product to request a return or an exchange.
Exchanges are free. If you prefer a different size, please indicate this in the notes when requesting the return, specifying the desired size. Exchanges are available for the same purchased model.
Cost of returns
- Italy: €10 per item, deducted from the refund.
- Europe: €20 per item, deducted from the refund.
- Other countries: €40 per item, deducted from the refund.
In the event that, after 3 delivery attempts, the product goes into storage and is not collected within the 10 available days, an additional €10 will be withheld for return shipping costs.
We ask you to return the products intact, in their original A.Bocca box. We recommend trying on shoes on a carpet or clean floor to prevent the soles from getting marked. Items that do not comply with these conditions cannot be refunded and will be sent back to you.
Neither returns nor exchanges are allowed for custom-made items.

If the requested information is incomplete, the return request will be rejected.
If approved, you will receive a return label to print for dropping off the package at a collection point.
