Section 1 — How to measure your foot
To find the right size, all you need is a sheet of paper, a pen, and a ruler. Always measure your foot at the end of the day, when it is slightly more swollen: that is when a shoe should fit comfortably.
- Place the sheet of paper on a flat surface, against a wall.
- Place your bare foot on the paper with your heel against the wall.
- Draw a mark at the tip of your big toe, holding the pen perfectly vertical.
- Measure the distance between the edge of the paper and the mark.
- Repeat with the other foot and use the larger measurement.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, the half size is 3mm longer than the whole size.
For example, 38.5 corresponds to 25.1 cm. In case of doubt between two numbers, choose the larger one. For those with a particularly wide foot, it is preferable to opt for one size up relative to the length.
Section 3 — How your model fits
Every A.Bocca model is designed on a different last. Knowing the fit of the shoe you have chosen is the most accurate way to find the right size, especially if you are purchasing a model for the first time.
Two for Love
The Two for Love, in all its variations — pump, slingback, slide — fits true to size. If you already know your size for this model, you can use it as a reference to guide you through the rest of the catalog.
The exception is the Two for Love Ballerina, which has a slightly tight fit: if you are undecided between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Heart Slingback
These models share a pointed shape with a heart-shaped cutout and fit true to size. Those who wear a 38 in the Two for Love also wear a 38 in the Heart Slingback.
Muse Pump, Amelie Pump
The Muse has a more generous cut on the instep. The fit is roomy: if you normally wear a 38, we recommend choosing a 37.5. If the half size is not available, 37 is the correct choice.
Off-Line Pump
These models also have a roomy fit. Choose a half size smaller than your usual size.
Back to Love
Square toe, true to size. Compatible with the Two for Love reference.
Bold Heart Slingback
Despite the square shape, this model has a slightly roomy fit. If you are undecided, choose the smaller size.

Tight fit. Choose a half size larger than your usual size.
Section 4 — Some things worth knowing
Patent leather in the first few weeks
Patent leather shoes have a distinct character: during the first few days of wear, the upper is stiff, and this is part of the material's nature, not a defect. With use, the patent leather softens and adapts to the shape of the foot. To speed up the breaking-in process, wear them for short periods at the start or with socks to begin shaping the shoe without tiring your foot. After two or three wears, the difference is clear.
Wide foot
If you have a particularly wide foot, we recommend choosing one size up relative to your foot length.

If your measurement falls exactly on the border between two sizes, always choose the larger one. Throughout Europe.
Outside Europe we deliver to Saudi Arabia, Armenia, Australia, Brazil, Canada, South Korea, Cyprus, United Arab Emirates, Georgia, Japan, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, Turkey, and the United States.
What are the delivery times?
Products will be shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed between Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting the following Monday.
In Italy , orders are coming delivered within 5 working days.
Additionally, we offer an Express Shipping service (valid only for products available with "Immediate Shipping") for which:
- Orders placed before 11:00 am will be delivered the next working day.
- Orders confirmed after 11:00 am will be delivered within 2 working days.
- Islands and Calabria
Orders placed before 11:00 am will be delivered within 2 working days.
Orders confirmed after 11:00 am will be delivered within 3 working days.
The orders outside Italy They are delivered within 7 working days.
Made to order products will be shipped within 3 weeks of the order confirmation date.
If, after 3 delivery attempts, the product is unavailable and not collected within 10 days, a €10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
What is the delivery cost?
We offer free standard shipping to Italy for orders over €100 .
For orders under €100, the standard shipping cost is €5 .
The Express shipping service costs €8.90 .
For orders from European Union countries , the shipping cost is €10 .
For orders from non-EU countries , the shipping cost is €20 .
Any customs duties and import taxes for shipments to countries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the recipient.
What happens if I don't receive my package?
Contact us at info@abocca.co with your order number and tracking number so we can check with the courier.
If something does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the receipt of the product to request a return or an exchange.
Exchanges are free. If you prefer a different size, please indicate this in the notes when requesting the return, specifying the desired size. Exchanges are available for the same purchased model.
Cost of returns
- Italy: €10 per item, deducted from the refund.
- Europe: €20 per item, deducted from the refund.
- Other countries: €40 per item, deducted from the refund.
In the event that, after 3 delivery attempts, the product goes into storage and is not collected within the 10 available days, an additional €10 will be withheld for return shipping costs.
We ask you to return the products intact, in their original A.Bocca box. We recommend trying on shoes on a carpet or clean floor to prevent the soles from getting marked. Items that do not comply with these conditions cannot be refunded and will be sent back to you.
Neither returns nor exchanges are allowed for custom-made items.
